Sandra Busca got her business economics degree at the State University of Turin in 1984 with the top grade of 110/110 and she has been a member of the Professional Accountants Association since 1986 and of the Chartered Public Accountants Association at the Italian Ministry of Economics and Finance (MEF).
She has developed an experience of many years in the fiscal/tax and company area – incorporations and special operations of conversion, merger, de-merger, allotment -, fiscal planning, enterprise deeds, account and fiscal due diligence, expertise and tax litigation.
She has performed and performs the job of auditor in corporations and she has been a chartered accountant with public bodies and also technical consultant and trustee in bankruptcy.
She has been doing her job both individually and as a member of important offices.
Her mother tongue is Italian and she speaks English fluently.
